The Personnel and Payroll office of Facilities and Energy Management at Southern Illinois University Carbondale provides a wide range of employee and departmental services, including guidance and counsel to units and employees on all human resource policies. Our purpose is to continually provide valuable information, assistance and resources to SIU staff, students, and prospective employees.
We are responsible for ensuring Facilities and Energy Management staff and students follow human resources policies, procedures and practices. We are also responsible for coordinating internal policies and procedures within the department. We work closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Labor & Employee Relations, and the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance on the SIU Carbondale campus.
