We are currently testing a new Service Request Portal menu. If you have been instructed by FOC to submit a request for testing, click here to access it.
Access to this portal is granted to SIU faculty and staff using single sign-on using an @siu.edu email address, however, do not access it unless instructed to do so. Requests submitted during the testing period will not actually be handled.
