WE ARE SIU

Building Services is one of the largest divisions of Facilities & Energy Management and provides environmentally friendly custodial services for the University's academic, administrative, and athletic facilities with the exception of the Student Center, University Housing, and the Student Recreation Center.

OUR LEADERSHIP

The superintendent of Building Services functions as the control officer for Building Services.  The superintendent reports to the Director of Facilities & Energy Management.

HOURS

In most instances the custodial staff is on duty from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, Monday through Friday.  Morris Library and Lesar Law School are cleaned from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
